Olalekan Ayodeji Bankole is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Superflux International Limited. He is a versatile finance professional with close to three decades of extensive experience (with over a decade in executive roles) across the finance and management functions.
Olalekan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), holds an MBA in Marketing Management and has an HND in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology. He participated in the Pathways Leadership Program, customized for Executive development, at Cranfield University (School of Management), London, and attended other management programs at Lagos Business School and other institutions.
Before joining Superflux as the Group CFO, he was General Manager of Finance at Globacom Nigeria, Chief Accountant of Ikeja Electric Plc, Director of Financial Operations and Supports at Etisalat Nigeria, and the pioneer Business Support Manager for MTN Nigeria. Before joining MTN in 2005, he was with Nigerian Bottling Company (bottler of Coca-Cola products) for about nine years.
Olalekan has proven successful in developing strategies, enhancing operations, maximizing productivity, amplifying revenue streams, and assuring revenue by instituting financial systems and business automation initiatives. He has been instrumental in financial planning, mitigating risks, driving business growth, and presenting reports/statements. Bankole adept at designing models to enhance consolidation, budget design, planning & control, and performance monitoring. He excel at leveraging interpersonal skills to collaborate with C-suite executives/Board and forge advantageous relationships with banks, financial, and regulatory stakeholders.
